The weekend just gone was a literal hive of activity!
Friday night: work xmas party
Saturday: Bucks Day/Evening with Steve, Peter, Gavin, Rod & Peter's bro-in-law Byron
Sunday: lunch in city and Beowulf at IMAX, then to the Opera House in the evening with the family to see Eric Idle which was Mum's Christmas pressie to myself, Dad, Anne, Sharon & Jack
Been flat out at work the past few days, getting ready to take some leave until next Thursday. Got all my reports up to date and organised things for the people who will be taking over my various tasks until I get back. Taking leave from Friday this week until Wednesday next week, and zero work during this time. But I won't be sitting on my butt, got plenty of uni assignments and social activities to keep me amused.
This weekend will see a few Christmas parties with good friends as well as the most important thing - Sharon & Peter's wedding! This also means that Greg will return from Perth for the weekend so it will be great to see him, Jen will be going back over with him. They have moved to Perth for a few years for Greg's work, they also recently got engaged :)
